Collapse Not Working on Mobile Devices

    Actually, it works in only FF. Chrome, IE, and mobile the arrows do not show up to allow expansion.

    We have run into this in the past. Is your theme based on twenty-twelve? Do you have the the following line in your header.php file?:

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" />

    If so, does it start to work once you remove or comment out the viewport meta tag?
