Collapsible rows option not working in Premium

    Hello,

    I have tried enabling the Collapse option for table responsiveness, but it is not working on my client’s website. All of the other responsive options work.

    The Collapse option is currently enabled for the link shared above.

    I have some custom CSS in use, but it is only for styling the colours and fonts of the table and pagination buttons.

    Any idea on why this is not working?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Just to rule out a conflict, can you please deactivate the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox on the table’s “Edit” screen?

    If this still doesn’t work, can you then please get in touch via the priority support email address that you can find on the “About” screen of TablePress. (As this concerns a Premium feature, I’m technically not allowed to provide support for that here in these community forums, as per the forums rules.)
