Collapsibles broken after six collapse items

I digged into the code, there is something general wrong and not working.
Take a look at my example screenshot, some quotes are definitely not right:

I found the error in your code, bootrstrap-shortcodes.php on line 1367

Your code (check the double quotes)

( $parent ) ? ' data-parent="#' . $parent . '""' : '',

The fixed line with only one quote

( $parent ) ? ' data-parent="#' . $parent . '"' : '',
