Collapsing Categories Not Displaying Sensei Lessons

Has anyone tried to use this (fantastic!) plugin with WooThemes Sensei? I’m trying to get it to show a list of the courses available as well as the lessons for these courses. The options are there, but they don’t show up on the widget.
It works for the course-category only when I ask it to show empty categories, then it will show the courses (as it isn’t empty). But won’t show the lessons.
Any ideas?
