    Φο?βη Κλυταιμ?στρα τ?, ?μ? ξυν?ορο?,” swaptitle=”?γ?νοντο Λ?δ? Θεστι?δι τρε?? παρθ?νοι,

If I remove the “p” tag, I lose the CSS styling…

it’s actually the css of the “p” tag that is causing the entries to have space between them.
You have a couple of options: first, you could ‘wrap’ everythign in a p tag. Second you could assign custom classes and assign them using the trigclass and targclass attributes.

Also, it seems you are using HTML in the swaptitle. If it works, ok, but HTML is not fully supported within a shortcode attribute.
