CollapsoMatic Pro injecting JQuery regardless of Settings

good morning Baden,

I tried to contact you through your website but there is no longer a way to do that.

Anyway, I have the PRO version of the Plugin and I have it set to only insert JQuesry when [short-codes] are in use however, this is currently being ignored and the java is being inserted into the footer regardless.
