Collect a deposit to reserve room

    Hello, I have a paid subscription. Is there any way to charge only a 50% deposit for a hotel room reservation, with the balance to be paid upon arrival? I am using PayPal for the payment gateway. I have tested with PayPal Sandbox and everything is working but I could not find a way to charge a 50% deposit. Did I miss something?
