Collected Fees with addtion fee

    Hi Team
    The question is basic for Collected Fees:
    In my site, I had add addition fee by 3% of total of amount:

    https://uat.cannes-happygolfweek.com/cc.png

    So when client checkout, they will paid = total + (3% x total amount)

    And I will like to this addition fee should be add into Collected Fees

    I tried to read document API: https://docs.mangopay.com/guide/collecting-platform-fees

    But in this method, it is reduced fee from seller’s E-wallet which should not to be in our case , in our case it is client pay for the addtion fee, and this addition fee should go to Collected Fees for mangoPay reduced the commition every month

    Could I know how to do this?

    Hello @tesshsu

    Unfortunately this plugin by design can only take fees when funds are transferred from the buyer’s e-wallet to the vendor’s e-wallet. Marketplace commissions are collected here. (So after the PayIn !)

    Saying that, you can still simulate your wanted behavior by applying your fees manually on each products (increasing the prices to impact your fees).
