Collecting data, but unable to view it

I installed the Hotspots plugin and have let it collect data for a few days. When I try and view the heatmaps, it just redirects back to the page URL.

For example, I will type https://www.domain.com/?drawHeatmap=true and it will redirect to https://www.domain.com, not showing me any heatmap or data. It does this whether I am using heatmap.js or not.

I am wondering if it has something to do with the way the plugin is collecting the URLs.

Everywhere in my WordPress settings the site URL is https://www.domain.com however the Heatmap plugin shows https://domain.com/page1, etc.
