Collecting extra customer info

Hi there,

I see that this plugin allows us to ask for basic contact info about the customer making the appointment. I’d like to add another field to collect some more information. I run a flooring renovation business and I want the client to be able to select which samples (via checkboxes or even a text field) they want the technician to bring with to the appointment. Is it possible to add a custom field?
