    Just a pre-sales enquiry please.

I want to have a registration page for an event where people fill out all their info and then the submit button takes them to Paypal to pay the registration fee.
However, are these two actions joined?
If someone submits the form and then fails to actually complete the Paypal payment, is the form still submitted?
I’m thinking I could end up with a lot of registrations and less payments than registrations and find it really difficult to work out who paid and who did not. And those who registered but did not pay might think they are registered and somehow got in for free etc.
Knowing how people often use a different email to the one they use for Paypal, it could be really difficult to work out valid paid registrations and those who are not.
Do you see what I mean? Does the plugin verify that payment was made when the form is submitted?
    Thanks

I went with another option, thank you.

    Hey @debycoles,

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you have already chosen another plugin.

Anyway, find below answers to your questions.
Please, be informed that the Contact Form Maker plugin has the PayPal integration option that is redirecting the user to the payment page after clicking the submit button of the form.
However, please note you will receive the form submissions regardless the fact whether the PayPal payment has been completed or not.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.
