Collections on User Dashbord

Hi there,
I want to know if is possible to have:
1) something like this

better if the admin can also select and assign to a specific user those data

2) custom fields for user profile

3) a checkbox layout (or something that is different from dropdown mode) in order to show ingredients or other fields in the search form
