To fix syncing issues, try changing the “Items per request setting to 20 and turn on “Synchronous Requests”. After these are set try re-syncing again.

I have changed the items per request to 20 and turned on ‘Synchronous Requests’ but I’m still not seeing some of the single product pages. This seemed to have happened when I changed the Collection category for my products within Shopify. It would seem that if I change the title of any of these products, they will appear on my WordPress site but then if I change the title back to the original title, it doesn’t appear on WordPress anymore.

I should also note that when I click on the thumbnail and go to the single product page, it states the following:

    “No products left to show”

It states this on all single product pages except for one.

I realized that it’s an issue with special characters within the Shopify product title. If there are special characters in the title and then I change categories for that item, then it will not show on the WP website. BUT if I add a product title WITH special characters and DON’T switch categories, then the product shows perfectly on the WP website. There seems to be a bug in the sync with special characters in the title. Can you confirm and will this be rectified in the next version?

Thanks for letting me know, I’ll take a closer look.

What is the special character that you are using?

Regarding the “No products left to show” message, can you verify the following?

    1. Ensure that the setting “Enable Default Pages” is turned on and has a page assigned to the Products.

    2. Ensure that the “Create Product Detail Pages?” setting is turned on

    3. If none of that works, go to the Tools tab of the plugin and use the “Remove all synced data”. This will clear out the currently synced product posts so that we can start fresh. After that’s done, use the “Sync Product & Collection Detail Pages” button again to resync. Once it’s done check to see if the pages are loading correctly again.

I am having the same problem. I updated to the latest version 3.5.2 and since 2 weeks i still have no product galery. Unfortunately i lost contact with Andrew….

Hey there, would you mind opening a separate forum post with your particular issue so I can keep these organized? The more info you can provide the better. I’ll try my best to get back to you as soon as I can.

    Thanks!
