Themegrill CologMag and eStore free theme got reset

To get back your site, the best approach is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to restore to last working backup they have. Most of the hosting provider these days do have backup system.

Once you do this, please delete or deactivate the ThemeGrill Demo Importer plugin if you’re not using it anymore otherwise update to the latest version of the plugin (1.6.3)

I’ve got our hosting provider to restore those sites and now working on the patch file from the link zajiczech provide after updating to v1.6.3 as suggested by Ashish.

1- Upon updating to v1.6.3 must I still add the patch suggested from the link zajiczech provide?
2- Must I still create and upgrade a new user to admin role without having ‘admin’ in its username?

If you have already upgraded to the latest version of the plugin, ie, 1.6.3 then, no further steps is required from your side. Also, if you do not want to use that plugin then, you can delete it from your site too.

And regarding on creating the username with admin, you can do it however, it is not preferred to add the username as admin in any circumstances. Hope these clarifies your issue.
