Color Change

    I changed the general Color Code from Orange (#f25f43) to blue (0f8de6)
    Works fine on Laptop/Computer Am getting all widget Header Boxes in the Blue I want but when I view on Phone or mobile the Top Menu is still in the Orange ( I did see the responsive.css file and changed line 90 to the 0f8de6 blue as well but still no luck
    Any Idea where that color code needs to be changed for mobile menu?
