Color change in Twenty 10 theme

  • I am looking to see where I would change the color of the theme (black) to a different color. Is it in the CSS? is it on a menu option? Please point me in the right direction.

    I know I will have to make a child theme, but can I just use a copy of the current one in the child theme and just make the changes to that?
