    You can definitely use your site/theme stylesheet to alter the styling of those elements. You can also check a box in the plugin settings to override the default styling altogether…that way you can style everything from scratch!

    Where is this button at I cant seem to find it? And if I do that would I edit from scratch in the Plugins editor?

    The toggle is under the first tab (General) in Settings…and it’s titled ‘Load plugin CSS’….description says “Load the plugin’s own CSS for the front-end, or disable to style the form yourself.”

    So just toggle that off, and you can style everything yourself using your theme’s stylesheet.css or some themes will allow you to write CSS under Theme > Appearance.
