yes, it seems there is some cache active. So depending on your hosting provider you can disable module cache for wordpress plugins or have some wordpress cache plugin active.

did you check your hosting provider? Maybe he has server sided (module) cache active? (Commonly, Hostgator and Godaddy have these issues)
