This is really great. I converted my website’s calendar and am much impressed by “Pretty Google Calendar”.

When adding an event to a Google Calendar, there’s a “More options” link beside the “Save” button. Clicking “More options” allows you to, among other things, set an “event color” for the event. This shows a colored dot next to the event name and time on the Google Calendar.

In “Pretty Google Calendar” events are always shown on a tile of the same color. Is it possible to set each event tile color to a different color, according to the “event color” set in “More options” on the Google Calendar? (I’m not afraid of using CSS but getting the “event color” from the Google Calendar for use in styling the tile is a mystery to me.)

    Glad it’s useful!

As far as I know, Google does not surface that information through the API. If they do, it doesn’t appear that FullCalendar makes that information available.

The best we can do is color on a per-calendar basis.

    Hello,
Would it be possible to add a shortcode argument “fc_args”, to change the colour of the bullet depending on the ID of the calendar from which the displayed event comes?

    Thank you
