Hi I am seeing a noticeable color changes from the original images.
The color of thumbnail images and the display images are different from the original images. The only images without color distortion are the ones from lightbox when you clicked the images of the product.

And also, the loading of images when I opened the product page for the 1st time on the browser was not smooth. The default image was cut in 1/3 and was stuck there. I needed to refresh the page or clicked the images to open the lightbox images to get back to normal.

I tried to make the size of images to 1MB and this color distortion still remains.
    Any advice please?

    Thanks.

The color distortion is sort of resolved for now, but the other issue is the image loading.
It happened few times so far that the loading got stopped and only 1/3 of image was displayed. Please see this screenshot: https://snag.gy/QTMVui.jpg

I had to click one of the thumbnails to open lightbox and then closed it, refresh the page and it could load the images normally.

Please advice how to resolve this loading issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Pro support is done at https://www.smart-variations.com, you will need to register.

But going back, SVI doesn’t handle the images or manipulates it in any way. It works with what WordPress, WooCommerce and your theme supplies in terms of Image sizes. WooCommerce > SVI > Global – Images, you can select what time of image size to work with.
Probably you have some type of image compressor that is making you loose the color.
Regarding the slide not opening, normally related 1 of 3 options.

    – 1st you have some blocking JS, that is delaying the proper loading of scripts, I see that also the swatches
    – 2nd images to heavy?
    – 3rd some special CSS forcing the height of the element to start with.

I will close this issue since this is a PRO issue.

    Cheers,
    David
