    Dear,

I have watch products with the attribute color. I assigned a value #### to each color, whch I will display on the Shop Page as an easy way to know the different colors.

However, on the product page, I want to keep the values being shown as in a dropdown. How can I do this?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Note that I didn’t activated “enable swatch”
It’s currently off, so normally it’s not supposed to show the swatch.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for the video!

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t have a color swatch option. As this function comes from a plugin, it’s something that the specific plugin developer would know more about.

I wasn’t able to see which plugin that was based on the video or your site. If you know which plugin you’re using, your best option is to contact the developer directly with your question. If you aren’t sure, you can share your system status log here and I’ll take a look at your plugins to help you in the right direction.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
