Color of chatbox is transparent

    The color selection in WordPress (Appearance -> Color -> #294057) is not working anymore?
    Then on the homepage, the header and button of the Chatbot button is transparent and not showing the color.

    p.s. I cannot link to the page, because I deactivated Watson.. I don’t want to have visitors who see a bug in the chatbot.

    I have the solution:

    Make sure that you have not any optimize CSS delivery plugin like “Autoptimize” or “Speed Up” installed. This is compressing your CSS and Watson Chatbot CSS is not working anymore.

    well, the even better solution -when using Autoptimize- would be to simply exclude Watson’s CSS from CSS Autoptimization. Have a look at AO’s FAQ for more info on troubleshooting and how to exclude.
