    Hello,

I recently created a page with Neve.
I have a few different problems for which I can’t find any solution.

    First Problem:
After some update (I think it was the latest Neve update) my pages’ backend looks different then it appears in the Browser:
In the Backend (editor) my section parents have – according to my settings – a background color, but these colors do not appear on the website, when you open it in the browser.
(I wanted to post a screenshot to make clear what I meant, but I don’t seem to be able to do that here… well.)
I tried a thousand things but I can’t make the colors show on my website.
    What am I missing?

    Second:
As you can see when visiting my website on the desktop, I use a background image for my website, and it looks perfect on using a desktop device.
Unfortunately it doesn’t look nice at all using a mobile device.
Which changes do I have to make, to make the background image look good on all devices?

Thank you so much for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I hope you can see these pictures. They belong to the first probleme I wrote about above:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/11mT72lZw5iL-gliXzWRf30venRXUsLPc/view?usp=sharing

Here you can see the same content (teXt), one in the backend with the blue color of the parent section and the other opened in the browser with no section color visible.

And I just ran into a third problem:
As you can see by clicking on my website, the TeXt in the first and in the third section do not have any space/padding to the left side of the screen. Again, if I change the setting for the padding in the backende, the change will not show on the frontend.
Same as before… where is the mistake?

    Hi @leasy,

Thank you for using Neve and for sharing the screenshots with the problem you are currently encountering.

Background images may not be entirely visible on mobile devices, as their purpose is to cover the background of the entire section, and the section ratio changes based on the screen size. We have a dedicated article that explains this behavior more in detail.

Regarding the background color not showing on the front end as it the editor, it might be due to the cache; therefore, clearing the cache should fix the issue.

I also checked your website and the specific section you shared doesn’t seems to have a wrapper HTML tag that could have the blue background color. The only wrapper of those headings is the section with the transparent background for the image to be visible (screenshot). A solution in this case might be to create a section in section, to set a colored background color behind those headings only but above the transparent background used to make the image visible.

    I hope this will help.
