• Hi, I want to change the color of only one single word in text within the widget Site editor. Is that possible? And how I do that?

  • Hello there,

    Thank you for asking.

You can use the text color button which resides in the second line of the editor toolbar, which is hidden by default. You can display it by clicking the Toolbar Toggle button. Checkout this screencast to help easier understand it visually.

    Color single text

    Hi,

I have a similar problem. I am using the Sydney theme for which I have created a child theme. URL is ipadgraphics.org. On the advantages page in a site origin editor widget I have created a link from the words “contact page” to the contact page URL on my site. The link works and if you click on it, you will be taken to the contact page.

However the color of the text is not blue underlined as per wordpress default for text links. Further more in the wordpress app the link appears to be underlined and blue but in the live site they are not. I wanted the words “contact page” to be red (#dd3333) but when I change the color with the color picker in the site origin editor widget while the color changes in the widget no color change occurs in the live page.

I read some other posts which said do the color change before or after making the link but it did not change the outcome in either order.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello there,

Visited your site, and it’s only displaying a white screen with “dial tcp: lookup ipadgraphics.org on 127.0.0.1:53: no such host” message. Please resolve it first.

    Regards,
    Kharis
