    Can anyone tell me why I can sometimes put a selected color on a link and sometimes not? In my current post at https://www.celebritychefconnection.com I was able to put dark blue on the flamingolasvegas.com link, but not on the wolfgangpuck.com link or mandalaybay.com link. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    flamingo – span with color on the link html – ok
    wolfgang – no span – no color
    mandala – span with color on title – not on link

    First SORRY for the delay – the notification actually went into my spam folder. Second SORRY to be such a dolt about this, but what does “span” refer to, and how would I work with it to be able to apply color? Btw, had no such problems with the last post, but don’t know what it is that allows or disallows adding color. Thank you for any further help [and will keep a closer eye on the spam folder]

    span refers to the html tags <span> which are used in your code.
    as you obviously don’t know anything about it, i assume that it is done by the editor you were using.

    i was only pointing out, that there are different codes, so don’t be surprised to get different results.

    i don’t know where and how you are formatting the links;

    try to be consistent on how you highlight and format things in the editor.
