    Hello,

    Actually testing your plugin

You have decided that labels and borders must be red.

I am not against but is there a way to change it? Especially for fonts.

Be aware that the background color of a given site may not match your choice of red. Especially when it’s in red family

    Kind regards

    Hi @polina92 ,

Our developers said that they won’t make any built-in options for changing the color of option elements since the display can be customized with CSS to match the design.

You can kindly use CSS to change that on your site.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Sorry, I am not a Tech at all

Would you mind to tell me how to do? Or if you have a tutorial somewhere?

    Hi @polina92 ,

Unfortunately, I’m not a technical support agent as well. We can only help you with general questions and technical issue reports on this forum.

We do not have any documentation for using CSS to change the color, either.

You can kindly consult with or hire a developer to help you with that.

    Best regards.

I can only undertsand that you refuse to …. support. It’s not really fair.

I don’t mind leaving a negative review till it’s fair and will do

    Kind regards

    Hi,

The point is also that you have to convince those who try to buy. And with kind of behavior, on a such simple detail, well, what do you hope to get?

From commercial perspective, I, as a seller, consider this as counter-productive, you are just showing are not really service and performance oriented. But you are allowed of course to disagree with me.

@polina92 just to chime in here. It’s generally not a plugin developers job start producing content for teaching how to use CSS for styling since there is quite many tutorials around the subject already. There is an awesome lesson about CSS in the learn WordPress side that could be useful. Generally you can style anyything with CSS in any plugin. It is a really awesome thing to learn ??

The lesson can be found here: https://learn.www.ads-software.com/lesson/css/

    I hope it helps o/

    Hi @polina92 ,

I just want to clarify a bit that this forum is providing free GPL plugins. Plugin or theme authors are not allowed to discuss payment or promote commercial products or any kind of service here. The support we are trying to provide here mainly concerns important issues/aspects of the plugin functionalities, but not customization or display/appearance.
