Color swatch not showing as dropdown

In the product page, there should be a dropdown for colors. Instead it shows just dots for the listed items ( without color or text – when hovering over the tooltip is shown).
We are using your plugin, because through your plugin we can use FacetWP color filtering function. We are not using your plugin to convert dropdowns to images or buttons.

Color attribute is defined as color and there are also colors picked for every color.

On other products we use shoe sizes in dropdown and it works fine, but for that particular variable product the colors are defined.

What can be done to get the dropdown back?
