• Hello. After the Colormag theme update, the fonts became larger and the logo smaller. Adds color to the backgrounds of social media sharing icons. I cleared the cache. How can I solve this?

    The issue seems to have been arised from the cache plugin added on your site. Can you please decativate the litespeed plugin and check if the issue gets fixed or not!

    If the issue is not fixed, kindly contact the hosting provider and request them to clear the server cache and check if the issue gets fixed or not!

    I requested support from my hosting company. But they said there was no server caching. What should I do next? How can I adjust the font size?

    Edit: When we deactivate the Plugins folder, the fonts return to normal. However, when I deactivate the plugins in the plugins folder one by one, there is no change.

    Thanks for the update,

    Since the issue is from the LiteSpeed plugin added from your end, I suggest removing the plugin completely and using some other caching plugin. This might help you adjust the font size on your site.

    I removed the Litespeed cache plugin, but unfortunately the appearance is still the same.

    While checking the plugin, lightspeed is still not removed from your site. For your confirmation, please check the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/_TGYovopA-Wu. The cache is overriding the theme default code, due to which they appear bigger than the default one set inside the theme. Make sure you clear the site cache and also contact the hosting provider to clear the server cache, which will fix the issue.

    Also, please try once try switching the theme from the ColorMag to another and then revert back to the ColorMag theme and check if it helps you or not!

    After removing the Litespeed plugin, I started receiving errors on the site. Since we couldn’t solve the problem, I had to return to the backup taken three days ago. In my communication with the server, they said that there was no server cache and they could not do anything about it.
    Unfortunately I can’t find a solution. Please help with this. Unfortunately, there was no solution after uninstalling the Litespeed plugin.

    When I change the name of the Plugins folder, the problem goes away. However, when I change the plugins in the plugin folder one by one, unfortunately I cannot get any results. I can’t figure out which plugin is causing the problem.

    If the problems have occurred from the third-party plugin, please deactivate the plugin, and it’s best to remove the plugin. After that, you can use some alternative plugins and use on your end.

    I have used third-party plugin before. But after the theme update, I started getting this error. Unfortunately, I cannot use these plugins that I need right now. I need more solutions than just telling me not to use these plugins.
