Colormag x FB comment plugin

    I was wondering if Colormag has any incompatibility issue with the Wpdevart Social comments WordPresss plugin.

    It has been working since a long time ago but recently it has been showing some issues.

    The Facebook API is live and active as well as the plugin which is also updated and compatible with my WordPress version 6.6.2.

    The issue is: the plugin displays correctly inside the WordPress Admin panel (see below):

    But it doesn’t when the post is live, mobile and desktop:

    I’ve tried other similar plugins and none of them works like the Wpdevart Social comments (even partially).

    Any ideia?

    I have the pro version of Collor Mag and I have been having problems approving Facebook comments on the site. But my personal Portal support said that the problem is with the Facebook plugin itself. It’s global.

    I never had an issue with the plugin before. Now, it looks like something is wrong.

    Yeah, it may be the FB API. I deleted my old app to see if it solved the problem, but even after adding a new FB app on the FB Developers website today, the issue remains.

    Hi @douglasivanauskas,

    Thanks for reaching us.

    The issue is related to facebook API, there are some changes on their end which is why it is not working on WordPress Installtion.

    Once, it is fixed on their end, it will work as expected.
