Colors changes don’t work

  • Hello,

    I’m having troubles with the colors options : I tried to change a few of them, but it has absolutely no effect.
    There’s no change in the preview when I select a new color, and no change when I save : the default colors of my theme are still on.

    However, changing the font works perfectly fine.

    Here’s the website I’m working on : leshirondellesachalon.com

    Is this because of my theme (Edge Free by Theme Freesia) ? Can you help me to fix this ?

    I have the same problem. Except that some other features work and some don’t.

    For example, I managed to change the font when I was working on it yesterday (it worked well) and now it doesn’t work when I change the font.

    I can change the size, Text Decoration, Text Transform, Line Height, Letter Spacing, Background Color, Margin, Padding, etc.

    However, changing color of the font, Font Weight/Style and Font Family in any of the Headings doesn’t work – nothing happens.

    Now I tried changing for the paragraph and I can change the font family, but not the color… it seems like what works and what doesn’t is quite random…?

    I’m using Thrive Themes.

    Let me know if you rather see I start another thread… I posted here cause I thought it might be the same problem.

    Hi,
    I am a new user, too.

    I had a problem changing a style: .widget-title (I added it in Edit Font Controls in Google Fonts under Settings) until I checked the Force Styles Override box.

    Then changing the color, font, size, etc. worked fine.

    Not sure if you would have to do a custom font control for H1, H2, etc. to override the theme settings, but it’s a thought.

    Hi internettie, thanks for your post! I tried to do something based on what you said but it doesn’t work for me. Maybe I didn’t do it right (not sure I intered the right code), I don’t know much about coding etc.
