I’m happy with the plugin, but I miss a wise solution to color customization of the Event submission form [MEC_fes_form].
How to change the overall color scheme for this form?
You can spend a long time inspecting and code CSS per element, but isn’t there a smarter way to change the form-scheme?

In the settings section, there’s an option for “Skin color”, but changes here doesn’t have any effect in the form?

Also reg. colors – what is the idea/purpose of the “Event color”??

Reg. the datepicker in the submission form: despite having the correct date format in the general WP settings, ie. dd-mmm-yyyy (“j. F Y” or “j. M Y”) in the datepicker the date is shown as yyyy-mm-dd in the form. Please advice?

    Thanks so much ??

    BR, Lars

    Hello @larshdg,

    Thank you for contacting us,

Actually, change color for FES form and list are not possible in MEC, and for now, the only solution is the inspecting element: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/inspect-element/

About changing format the datepicket (and also for FES color), I will forward this topic to our developer team and they’ll surely receive it. If it is possible they will add this feature in the upcoming updates of the Plugin.

    Hello,

Digging more into the Date-format of the Calendar I have found more inconsistencies, that is,
    1) the date format which you set in settings for single event is in one format – like d-M-Y (= 29-mar-2020),
    2) but in the date picker for a new event the format is Y-M-d (2020-04-29).
    3) And for a listing of events it displays like M d Y (Mar 29 2020)…!
    Total confusion on your side.

And the general setting for the site j. M Y (= d. M Y in you format) – why don’t you use that as per default??

Please, do something and the sooner the better to avoid confusions and misunderstandings for the viewers/users.

    Thanks.

    BR, Lars
