Colorway Theme Issues

I am using the Colorway Theme. I like it but I am having some problems finding how to change different color and for text.

I can not find the correct place to get that text color to change. Also I would like to get the background color to change from gray to black but I am have trouble with that as well. Can anyone help me with these issues?
