[Colorway Theme] Number of Blog Post keeps reverting to 2

I’m having some major issues with the Colorway Theme! Try as I might, I can’t get the Them to stick to the settings that I want for blog posts!

I want to show 5 Blog post on the home page. I go to Theme Option and choose 5 and save. however, whether a couple minutes or hours later, when I refresh or vist the page, it reverts back to showing only two! How Can I resolve this?
