Colour options for footer not showing in customize

I’m having trouble changing the colour of links in the widgets in my footer. I have a staging page which I have copied my design from and i am referecing.

In the stagning site and can very easily change the colour of the text in the widgets. The widgets are small menus such as ‘Locations’ with different citites where you can click each city.

In my copied site the optio to change the colour is nowhere to be found. I have looked everywhere and am about to give up.

The background is dark and therefor the text is in these widgets have to be white.

For extra context I got the astra pro add on today, but it made no difference- the option to change the colour was still nowhere to be found.

Some help with this would mean the world!
