Did you try the ‘customizer’ rather than ‘appearances’?

As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

I try it in the “customizer”. I can send you a photo and you can see what happens to my web (Tell me an email adress please).
The support of the template support expired few days ago, and before that I had not had any problems and I could change colours.
I dont know what relation can have with the template.
I just can not change the colours of anything.

Check to see if there’s an update for that theme. And perhaps you should renew support for the theme!

You cannot have my email. What happens in the forums *stays* in the forums, and is done publicly.

^ @restaurante7, Please don’t ask for people’s contact details. I would strongly recommend renewing your support service for that theme, not just for this issue but any future issue you will face.

The only technical advice we can give is the generic troubleshooting suggestion, to try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with your theme.
