I am using WP for a while (not much PHP knowledge) but new to WooCommerce. Seems I was able to setup most of what I need, except the columns width for billing and shipping addresses in client dashboard edit-address page. The provided link will show how it looks (to see it live one needs to login).
Please keep in mind that programming knowledge is limited to VB6 and VB scripts, and I have no CSS knowledge.
    Thank you.

    Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you need to adjust the column width for “Billing address” and “Shipping address” on the “My Account” page, correct?

Since I am unable to log in or register on the site to take a closer look, it’s possible that this is being caused by your current theme, which appears to be Betheme.

To check, can you temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Storefront, and see if this resolves the issue.

If you do not want to test on your live site, you can use the free?Health Check?plugin which will allow you to switch themes while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If switching themes resolves the issue, I’d suggest reaching out to the Betheme developers for further help with this as help with third-party themes is outside our scope of support.

Thank you Roxy for your Help. I did try the Storefront theme and there was no difference from the Betheme. Exactly the same picture as in the Betheme, with a difference that my banner was gone and the menus were mixed up. But if it would work, I could fix the menus and the banner, no problem. So there might be a CSS issue or something in the settings or PHP files.

    ?? hey @ashmtl

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

I did try the Storefront theme and there was no difference from the Betheme.

Just to note, when the same appearance remains when switching a theme, it is a clear indicator of a plugin interfering.

I went ahead with taking a look at the code of the site at https://avimex.ca/wp/, and it appears builder/block plugin(s) are active. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

As a next step, kindly make sure only the WooCommerce plugin is active, temporarily, along with the Storefront theme, in order to verify that it is indeed a plugin issue.

I trust that points you in the right direction. Let us know how it goes, and if you have more questions.

    We’re happy to help!
