Column View for Posts

Well, they aren’t. Hierarchical means that they can have a parent-child relationship, such as WordPress’s default Pages. Posts do not have this, and thus a hierarchical view of Posts would just be a single list of all posts.

This plugin already automatically attempts to add this view to all custom post types that ARE properly hierarchical.
