    hello! I have just updated to 2.1.62.

    In a table (from an uploaded Excel file) the first column width has been set to 7%. Up to know it worked fine. With the new version all columns have the same width. What can I do to use again the settings?

    How can the text (a poem) in a cell be displayed in several lines? How to add the new-line character?

    thanks and greetings – Tamás

    Hello.
    1. In regards to the issue where your first column width no longer works ( makes all columns the same width);
    Could you please show us some screenshots or a Video of how you have set up the width of your first Column, also please check under the table’s Display settings, did you enable “Limit Table Width” as that is needed for custom Column Width;
    and does this issue happen on front-end and back-end,
    if it does not show any sensitive Data?

    If this setup or the data might be sensitive,
    please open a ticket on our?main Support platform here,

     and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.

    If you don’t own a licence, please choose Pre-Purchase Category.

    2. In regards to making new lines with our Plugin:

    – In our Lite version, if you link a table to source data coming from CSV/Excel or others;

    then in the source data you need to input a HTML <br/> tag for each new line you need,

    then in the table cell this will make a new line.

    ?Or if you use?Simple Tables, there you can use HTML Editor, for making new lines with pressing the “Enter” key,?

    and it automatically adds the custom HTML as “<br/>” in the cell, but it renders only the text in the cell.

    Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    In the Premium Plugin, we also have editable tables, for them, there is an additional option for new lines,

    but if you wish more informations on that,

    you will have to ask our Premium Support, since we are not allowed to discuss anything about premium features or Plugin on this Forum.

    Kind regards.
