  • Under Column > Layout you have a setting Column Width (%) that lets you customize the column width and specify a certain width.

    Thanks for the help ??

The column width setting isn’t making a difference. I can set it to whatever number I like and nothing changes on the site – this is only happening in tablet mode though.

And I have since found that I also can’t hide any elements in tablet mode – even if I switch them off they still show.

    Any other ideas?

Try to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and switch the theme TwentySeventeen see if this solves it. Make sure all your plugins are updated.

    Hello,

How did you manage to solve the issue?

I am having the exact same problem – I can adjust the column width on the mobile view without any problem, but it’s not doing anything on tablet.

I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins and switching the theme without success.

    Thank you,

    Gabriel

Update: the editing works in firefox. It seems like the problem is with Chrome.
