column width problem – not responding

i have a section with 2 columns
first of 7%, and second of 93%

but it shows as 33 an 66 percent or 50 and 50 what i select on structure section…
not changing after i change by hand… i see the correct size on the right screen but not on the site.
pressed f5 / shift + f5 / etc
