ColumnFilterWidgets extension: can I specify column sort order?

    Hi Tobias,

    With the DataTables ColumnFilterWidgets extension, is there anyway I can specify the sort order for drop down column information to appear in?

    For example, I’d prefer the newest to oldest “computer” column order to appear at:
    https://egpu.io/external-gpu-implementations-table/

    So 2017-2011 rather than 2011-2017 as it does now.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Sorry, from all that I have seen, this is not directly possible ?? You would have to modify the JavaScript code of the ColumnFilterWidgets add-on yourself for this.
