In the WordPress dashboard, when I go to Wordfence>Tools, there are 8 columns on the page: type, location, page visited, time, ip address, hostname, response, and view. But when I scroll down to load more results, the columns expand which causes only 4 columns to be displayed (type, location, page visited, time). The rest of the columns disappear. Is there a setting somewhere to prevent the columns from expanding? Or is this a bug that needs fixing?

    Hi @dave8441,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At the top right of the Live Traffic page, can you please toggle off the “Expand all results” setting?

Let me know whether you still experience the same issue.

    Thanks,
    Janet

    Hi @wfjanet,

    That setting is already off.

    Hi @dave8441,

If the setting is off, you shouldn’t have an issue.

I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my end using both Google Chrome and Safari. Can you please try a different browser?

Let me know whether that makes a difference.

    Thanks,
    Janet

    Hi?@wfjanet,

Chrome is my default browser, so I tried it in MS Edge and the same thing happens. It did not happen right away… I had to hit the Page Down key over 20 times to make it happen. Since it happens in both browsers, maybe there is a plugin conflict? I can troubleshoot that sometime, but I don’t have time right now and it is a low-priority item on my to-do list. ??

    Hi @dave8441,

Thank you for getting back to us.

If it’s happening on both browsers, it might be a plugin conflict. You could also try checking the browser console for errors.

When you get time to test, we recommend using a staging site or maintenance mode plugin to deactivate all plugins except Wordfence and enable one-by-one until the error appears in the scan to see which one is the cause.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,
    Janet
