Columns for Content Filter?

Hi there, I really love the blocks, thank you for a great plug-in.

I was wondering if there was any way to display the content for the Content Filter in columns? I want to use this as a recipe filter, with a title and image for each piece of content. I am able to put the entire block in a column, but that just makes the entire thing long and skinny, including the categories at the top. I can add columns to individual pieces of content, but it’s still just one piece of content with the same filters.

What I’m looking for is the initial categories to be full width, but then the option to add columns for the content.
