Columns Not Being Created…

    We have been using the grid column plugin now for about 4 months with no problems. Recently we updated the plugin on our site and now the plugin does not seem to create columns for us any longer.

    We are now scratching our heads trying to figure out what needs to be changed in the code to make the plugin work again.

    We are using a standard 3 column layout. the code is below..could you please tell me what needs to be changed so the columns will display as 3 columns, rather than one.
