Actually I figured out that WP 6.0 was incompatible with my theme so I had it reverted to 5.9.3 and that fixed the issue. No need to investigate further. Thanks!

i think Dowgrading is not good option for this , in future you have to upgrade the wordpress because old wordpress verison are easily hacked by hackers ??
