  • Hello,

I am having the same issue problem with https://www.hillanddalelandscapes.com/project/granitbayvineyard/. I would like two columns, but plugin is not working. Theme is Baylie by Theme Trust. Can anyone provide a fix?

    Thank you

@hlbobgebg – Have there been any other updates to your site, such as with your theme, that may have changed the layout?

As it is, the content area of your theme is just a bit too small to have four thumbnails across at their current sizes. You can either re-size the thumbnails so they fit across (which might be the best aesthetic approach) or see if the content_width of your theme can be widened (you might need to work with the theme author to sort that out).

Another alternative is to set the number of columns to 0 (zero, the default) and let the thumbnails better fill the rows …

    Thanks!

Thank you very much for your response. I did as you suggested–widened the content area and lowered the number of columns to zero–and it did the trick. It’s funny because I tried both of those yesterday and it didn’t work, but this time around it did! For whatever reason, it’s functioning now. I really appreciate your time.

    Thank you,

@hlbobgebg – Thanks for the update … it may have been some minor caching issue that stopped the display from appearing correctly yesterday.

Hi, I′m with the same issue, but any change that I do on Gallery Settings aren′t applied!

What to do in this case?

    This page show an example.

The first gallery was created with older version of the Nextgen Gallerym and it′s ok.

The second one with the latest version of the Plugin, and are not.

I don′t have idea what the problem should be.

    Hi again,

Found the issue, if I remove a gallery from a post and place it back, the configuration of the thumbnails are right!

Looks to me that the Gallery Settings – are not overwriting the configuration of already posted galleries.

    here an example:

    https://www.spruemaster.com/blog/2016/06/let-l-410/

The first gallery was removed and put back – it′s ok!

The second one was inserted before I change my Theme, if I remove and insert again it will be right.

    Some help please
