Columns on mobile device do not change

    Hi all,

    Go an issue with mobile responsiveness of the plugin.

    Layout settings:
    – Columns on desktop: 3
    – Columns on tablet: 2
    – Columns on mobile: 1

    Output = 3 times 3 columns

    – Number of messages displayed desktop: 9
    – Number of messages displayed mobile: 8

    This works fine.

    Any ideas on how to solve it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. We’ll need more information to find the cause of the issue here. Please send us a support request here and include a link to the page where you are displaying the feed and the System Info from the plugin. You can find the System Info here:

    1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
    3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
    4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
    5. For issues with a specific feed, you can also under Export Settings select the feed and click Export. You can then attach the generated .json file to your reply.
