columns problem

I have the theme installed on website and I have chosen the default option of 4 products per column in woocommerce but it shows 2 columns and makes images wide which look very bad. Also in product single page it is showing image 100% width and the rest of the info under it. I have installed theme in another site to see what happened and in the other site it is working well. Why can this be happening? I am going crazy trying to figure this out, hope you can help. Thank you.
