.com transfer to .org

Hi All,

I currently have a wordpress.com blog site and am finding out more about the guided transfer service to www.ads-software.com because I want to add a shop plugin to my site.

Please forgive me as I am not at all versed in the ins and outs of wordpress!

I have a couple of questions –
– Can I keep the same theme – Misty at the moment – so it looks the same as before?
– I would like to have a drop down menu structure at the top of the site under headings such as About Us, Blog, Shop, College etc. Will this be possible with the Misty theme?
– If I transfer, I assume the blog itself will transfer too? Can I have a top level menu item which links to a seperate wordpress.com blog, say under a tab called College?
– What shop plug ins would people recommend? I dont need anything complex, just the ability to sell up to about 25 or so physical, downloadable products and subscriptions eventually. It will begin with just a couple though.
