although it is obvious to humans that those comments are spam, it is not easy to detect programmatically. The length varies, the IP is changing and the email also. The only consistent thing is gmail.com, but we can’t block every gmail address …
Marking those as spam and leaving them to stay there and use the local spam db feature will be your best bet to prevent at least future spam from the same IPs or emails.
Using the country blocking feature could also help as those IPs are coming from Hong Kong Aberdeen Cloudflare Inc. and Brazil Rio De Janeiro Cloudflare Inc. – depending on where your own location is, you can maybe block those countries. Reporting this spam to Cloudflare could be another way.
As the screenshot looks like a review with a star rating but without content, you maybe disable reviewing without content, but this would be my least favorite “solution”.
